Foam’s founding principles
As a couple who have worked across Finance, Marketing, Pizza Bars and Greek Restaurants Terry & Jaimie know how to clean up messes. These are their principles:
- Life is short, laundry is eternal
- Helping people spend less time on laundry and more on life is what drives us
- We can save everyone time with fast machines, or pickup and delivery
- Surrender your washing to Foam, and win back time
How the idea came about
Terry & Jaimie created Foam after running a Darlinghurst Airbnb, being inundated by laundry and having no clean, well-run Laundromats nearby. Foam first opened in Bronte in 2017, and then Bondi in 2018. That same year they generated even more washing, thanks to the arrival of their baby girl Mila. Their vision is to build a legacy that supports their young family. As well as take Foam to other fantastic locations Australia-wide.
Why we exist?
Life is short. Laundry is eternal.
We set out on a mission to help others spend less time on laundry and more time on living.
Our self-service laundromats allow you to be more efficient with your laundry. Our large commercial washers and dryers give you the ability to wash and dry a weeks’ worth of laundry in under an hour.
Better still you can surrender to your washing pile completely and let us pick it up dirty and deliver it back washed, dried and folded to you the next day.
Acknowledgement of country
We at Foam respectfully operate on Gadigal land and wish to acknowledge the Bidjigal and Gadigal Clans, who traditionally occupied this area. We feel privileged to live, work and play on the lands of one of the oldest living cultures known to the world. We pay our respects to elders past and present.
Work with us

We want to hear from you. We are always on the lookout for champion folders and also delivery drivers to assist us with our busy commercial laundry.
We can offer flexible shifts in between school pick up hours and also can provide night shifts if that is something that interests you.
