FAQs

The machines are all in use, the cycle has finished by people aren’t here to remove their clothes, can I take them out?

Some of our customers leave their washing in the machines to go and run errands and forget about them. If you are waiting for a machine, please remove any unattended laundry and place into an available washing basket.
