Yes, you can wash and dry your doona in our machines. Our general rule of thumb is dry slow and low to ensure you do not damage or pop the doona. You need to allow a minimum of 120 minutes of drying time.

Wash instructions: use an XXL Washer the smaller ones will go out of balance. 

Dry instructions; dry slow and low. 

If your Doona has feathers or wool inside it you need to put it on a low heat setting for a long period of time, checking this intermittently. To check the Doona, you can open the dryer door which will automatically stop the machine. Alternate the heat and press start to continue the cycle.

To load up 90 minutes of drying time; 

-Select dryer number on payment terminal (follow the arrows).

– Select 45min dry time and hover your phone or card over the payment terminal until authorised. 

– Select Low temperature and press start. 

** Repeat the process again ** and you will see the machine will load up 90minutes of drying time.
