Yes, if you are washing something that is stained; pre-treat the stain using a stain remover such as a sard spray prior to using the laundromat.

If you are to add a Sard or Napisan powder to your wash, please place a scoop into the drum before you place garments inside. Also select an extended wash time on the washer by adding ‘Super Wash’ or ‘Deluxe’ on XXL Machine. 

Liquid Bleach is not welcome unfortunately in case there is residue that falls on the ground or on surfaces that may come into contact with someone else’s laundry.
